Rain
It was a beautiful rain Where all my tears soaked up the Earth I flew past clouds, full of rain I looked down upon the world at large I saw a lonely soul Standing there, with no one around her She was told by many That they will always love her Yet they walked away When she needed them the most She stood, looking lost At the world at large No one saw her pain Felt her loneliness They thought her selfish and uncaring When she was right there by everyone she had ever loved Giving her heart and soul into every special one That crossed her way Her heart was once more broken into pieces As he walked away from her Leaving her, bereft and wondering If this life was worth living Yet she got over her grief Moved silently in pain that was getting numb For no one really loved her Except herself and her soul Wandering from place to place But never finding peace For she knew not That peace was to be found within I look down upon that Soul today Lost no
